  • Cost: 225 JD for each level, including a book.

  • Placement test: Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:00 PM.

  • You are eligible for a 20% discount if you are re-enrolling (180 JOD)

  • Course Duration: 6 Weeks.

  • 32 hours of instruction.

  • 12 total levels (from Starter A to 5B)

  • Participants must take a placement test prior to registering for the first course.

  • Participants enrolling in classes from the previous EL structure can enroll in the course as detailed in the equivalency.

  • Courses meet twice weekly and every other Thursday. For example, Starter A would meet Monday and Wednesday on Week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Week 2 and then Monday and Wednesday on Week 3 and so on.

  • Courses use the American English File textbook; a new book is distributed each level.

  • Participants can choose to enroll in just one level above their reported level on the placement test, but must sign a course waiver letter with their registration form.

  • Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old to register.

 

Placement Testing

Placement exams are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes. There is a reading section and a listening section. The cost of the exam is 15 JD. You must attend at least 30 minutes prior to the exam, and must present proof of identity. The registration will be online as below:
