Teachers of Critical Languages (TCLP)—Egypt

Arabic teachers have the opportunity to learn more about U.S. teaching methodologies, culture, and society, as well as to improve their English language proficiency with TCLP-run workshops and professional development opportunities throughout the year. The exchange teachers also serve as cultural resources in the host school and community.

Program Eligibility

Candidates will be considered without respect to race, color, religion, sexual orientation or gender. Competition for TCLP is merit-based and open to anyone who:

Al Anani Scholarship Program—South Africa

Plan to study in South Africa 2019-2023

Al Anani Scholarship Program will be awarded based on character and merit as demonstrated through academic excellence, community engagement, personal qualities and interest in the agricultural development. The scholarship will include full tuition, living allowance, travel and health insurance.

Al Anani Foundation for Human Development reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion at any time prior to an official award of the scholarship.

Other Services

Amideast/Egypt provides additional services in support of U.S. study, foremost the annual Egypt Study USA Fairs in Cairo and Alexandria. This year, our Cairo fair will take place on Friday, October 16th, and our Alexandria fair will take place on Saturday, October 17th.
