FBR@Work Program

The FBR@WORK Program is designed to enhance employment opportunities and job retention for young Tunisians and is delivered in partnership with the Tunisian Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. The program offers soft skills and hard skills training, individualized support, and a targeted matching process with local employers to help you succeed in today’s competitive job market.

  •  Job Placement: We will facilitate your placement in a job, offering CDI or PARDES contracts in key sectors.

Eligibility Criteria:

This program is open to young Tunisians aged 18 to 35, who are either graduates or non-graduates, and have been unemployed or in non-formal employment for at least one year.

Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba, Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, Kairouan
