Foundations Stage
By the end of this stage, students will be able to:
• introduce themselves and exchange personal information in short conversations
• express simple opinions and describe people, routines, and everyday situations
• understand the main ideas and key details in short conversations and everyday spoken English
• use basic grammar structures such as present tense, simple past, adjectives, adverbs, and common connectors
• organize simple ideas and relate information to personal experiences during discussions
• understand and discuss the main ideas in short videos about people, culture, and daily life
• identify useful expressions used in everyday conversations, interviews, and short discussions
Developing Stage
By the end of this stage, students will be able to:
• participate in longer conversations and express opinions on familiar topics
• explain ideas, give advice, and present short, organized responses during discussions
• identify main ideas, supporting details, and viewpoints in conversations and spoken texts
• use a wider range of grammar structures such as comparatives, past forms, connectors, and future expressions
• analyze information, distinguish facts from opinions, and organize ideas clearly in discussions
• understand and discuss videos related to social, cultural, and everyday topics
• identify key ideas and examples in lectures, podcasts, and discussions on common topics
Intermediate Stage

· If the next round includes any changes made by AMIDEAST, the refund policy will apply.

· Full refund applies if AMIDEAST cancels a class in a round.
· 15% deduction applies if the refund is requested up to 3 working days before the start date.
· 25% deduction applies if the refund is requested after the 1st session and before the 2nd session, whether the student attended or not.
· No refund after the 2nd session.
· Books and Placement test are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
· Online payment (Kashier): Requests must be submitted by calling the Call Center or through the branch. Refunds will be returned to the bank card within 14 working days.
· Branch payment (Visa, Fawry, or Cash): Requests must be submitted in person at the branch during working hours. The customer must attend personally with their National ID to receive cash refunds.
· All requests must follow the timeframes stated above. Requests submitted after deadlines will not be accepted.
