Why master communication skills?

We cannot not communicate. Whether it’s by words or through our body language and voice, it is very important to learn the best tools to communicate properly.

Getting a better understanding on how we communicate with others and how others communicate with us, will help us get a better understanding and improve our personal and work relationship with the people around us.

After completing this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Learn advanced communication tools and skills;
  • Apply non-verbal communication to maximize delivery impact;
  • Understand the basic principles of communication;
  • Use body language and voice for an optimal impact; and
  • Learn how to communicate in times of crisis and conflicts

Trainer Profile

The trainer is a specialist in Human Resources Management. She has more than 12 years of experience in the field. She worked in HR with several companies including recruitment firms & multinational organizations. She holds many certifications and is a certified trainer from the UK. She delivers trainings in different topics related to HR, management and behavioral skills.

The trainer ensures to have a rich content in her workshops, a participative approach and encourages out of the box thinking.

The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a fully-funded fellowship in the U.S. to develop your skills and learn:

  • Effective practices in business management;
  • Principles of social entrepreneurship;
  • Best practices from American colleagues in workforce development;
  • Increase the ability to think “outside of the box,” and spark creative, innovative approaches to problems, products, and marketplaces;
  • Acquire new strategies to engage effectively with policymakers and government officials; and
  • Form new strategic partnerships.

PFP is a six-week program, including two weeks of intensive training and four weeks of fellowship placement at an organization in Washington D.C.

This 2-day workshop covers the difference between agile and traditional waterfall project management, while introducing the agile principles considered in the PMBOK® guide along with their practical applications.

The workshop also highlights the agile methodologies and their usage, combined agile and predictive approaches, and the importance of servant leadership and the team composition when creating and agile environment.
