Amideast’ supports the following scholarship and exchange opportunities for youth in Yemen who seek to pursue their undergraduate studies in the United States or at American-style institutions in the MENA region.

The U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and Amideast are pleased to announce this year’s recruitment for the Tomorrow’s Leaders (TL) Undergraduate Program.

The Diana Kamal Scholarship Search Fund (DKSSF) is an opportunity for highly-qualified students to receive assistance in applying to up to four prestigious institutions in North America or in-region. The program supports fees associated with testing, institution applications, visa expenses, limited travel expenses, book fees, health insurance (if required), as well as up to $2,000/year for incidental expenses while enrolled at university.

Qisasna is a virtual exchange program administrated by Amideast and funded by The Stevens Initiative facilitates cross-cultural exchange between American and Yemeni students by providing participants with the skills needed to produce podcasts that focus on discussions of global issues, perceptions of both cultures, career opportunities for young people, and community service.
