Position Summary: AMIDEAST Egypt seeks a curriculum developer for the Youth Entrepreunership Program II as part of the multi-country Skills for Success initiative. The curriculum developer would develop and deliver engaging, dynamic content for a 1.5-month long entrepreneurship training which would be delivered to the participants of the program over a series of weekends. Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Develop entrepreneurship training material for the Youth Entrepreneurship Program based on the needs and expectations of AMIDEAST (ie. training manual - trainer’s guide and trainee’s manual; handouts; and PowerPoint presentation) • Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to training material; • Provide demos/induction sessions to other trainers about the training material or support if needed; • Meet with the Exchange Programs Specialist to provide and receive feedback, incorporate needed adjustments, and plan for the next activities/sessions; • Attend all relevant meetings with Exchange Programs Specialist as requested; • Maintain high level of professionalism and qualified appearance at all times; and • Deliver all or part of training,
