Covid-19: English4Success Service Alert

Details which may impact ordering and delivery timetables for US clients.

In order to ensure continuity, we ask that you write to English4Success@amideast.org.  It is not necessary to copy any other staff unless you have a truly urgent issue.  Phone numbers for immediate assistance are 202 776-9649 or (202) 776-9619.

English4Success is operating on a limited in-office schedule.  We are able to go into the office only once a week, with prior approval.   We expect this to continue for the foreseeable future.

For clients who normally order paper tests:
• For those of you whose who have not yet considered online testing for TOEIC Listening & Reading or TOEIC Bridge, an online format is available, which we encourage you to consider.   The many clients who have made this shift have been pleased with the flexible scheduling, fast score turnaround (even during the pandemic we can get you a roster the day of the test   ) and cost savings. 
• We may be able to support your business with best-in-class remote proctoring services.   Contact us for more details.
• For clients who require a full/details score report and therefore need paper tests, we will do our best to accommodate you during this time.  Please note, all orders must be submitted 10 days ahead of your desired test date.  Orders placed after this timeframe will be subject to additional fees; in addition, we cannot guarantee that tests will arrive prior to your test date. 

Expect delays for paper score reports.  In addition to our restricted access to the building, postal mail is being delayed, which will affect all outgoing score report shipments.
