TOEFL iBT® Test

The TOEFL iBT® test is the most accepted English-language test in the world, preferred by four out of five admissions officers surveyed and used by over 10,000 institutions and agencies in over 130 countries. AMIDEAST administers the TOEFL iBT® test for the test's developer, ETS (Educational Testing Service), in many countries in the Middle East/North Africa.

Be sure to register early as test centers can fill quickly. Taking a TOEFL® test at least two to three months before your earliest application deadline is recommended. Taking it even earlier will allow you to re-test if you are not satisfied with results.

TOEFL and TOEFL iBT are registered trademarks of Educational Testing Service (ETS), used under license.

The TOEFL® test is most commonly provided in an Internet-based test (iBT) format that tests reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills for academic contexts.

About 10 days after TOEFL iBT® testing you will receive a notice from ETS and be able to view your scores online. Official score reports will be sent directly to the institutions you designated when you registered.

Score information is kept by ETS. AMIDEAST does not have access to this information. If you are missing your score report, please contact ETS.

You can order additional score reports through the account that you set up when you registered through TOEFL®, throughout the test’s two-year validity period.
