E4F is a comprehensive education reform program that supports the long-term goals of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE).
The five-year E4F project aims to improve teaching and learning practices in 400 schools, increase student 
engagement in non-formal, supplementary educational activities, and strengthen the capacity of leadership and management at the MoEHE to ensure the gains will be sustainable.
Launched in 2018, E4F is built on the success of three previous USAID initiatives implemented by Amideast: Leadership and Teacher Development (LTD) (2013-2018), School Support Program (SSP) (2013-2018), and the Model Schools Networks (MSN) Program (2007-2012).
