The TOEIC® tests assess language skills that are used in daily life and the workplace. Test takers provide responses to real-world questions and scenarios. The tests use common everyday vocabulary, phrases and key expressions used in business.
TOEIC Listening and Reading and TOEIC Speaking and Writing
The TOEIC® Listening and Reading test is a two-hour, multiple choice assessment with a 45 minute listening comprehension section and a 75 minute reading comprehensive section. The TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests include a one-hour writing section and a 20 minute Speaking test. The Speaking test can also be taken independently.
Following TOEIC testing, you will receive a detailed score report to share with employers. These reports provide detailed feedback on your strengths along with your proficiency level on the Common European Framework of Reference. Amideast maintains testing records for the countries in the Middle East and North Africa where it tests (as well as in the United States for the Speaking and Writing test only) and can issue additional score reports during the two-year test validity period.
For the TOEIC Listening and Reading test in the Middle East and North Africa, you also have the option of ordering a certificate suitable for framing to recognize your accomplishment.
