TEST REGISTRATION

- Your Passport Number and your Civil ID number will be required during registration.
- IMPORTANT: Each candidate must register using his/her own account. This is required. This is a private account with a unique Personal Profile ID unique for each candidate; the account must not be used by anyone apart from the candidate.
TEST DAY REMINDERS
- Candidates should arrive 1 hour prior to the test time for check-in procedures.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Passports are required.
- Expired documents and copies are not accepted; documents must be current and original. Clients who arrive at the testing center without their passport will not be permitted to take the test and will forfeit their test fees – no exceptions will be granted on test day. There are no refunds in this case.
ID REQUIREMENTS ** Stateless Candidate Exception** READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING
Stateless candidates who do not have a passport may request pre-approval to test with an alternate ID. This must be completed BEFORE REGISTERING FOR YOUR EXAM. To request an exception:
- Send an email to reg-kuwait@amideast.org with a copy of your ID with your Driving License or visit the AMIDEAST office to submit the documents in person.
- AMIDEAST will seek approval on your behalf.
- Following approval, you will receive an email from AMIDEAST.
- You can then register for the exam.
The approval process takes 2 weeks. Therefore, plan your test date accordingly.
TEST HANDBOOK
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If a test session is cancelled by Amideast for any reason, Amideast will contact you by email at least two days prior to the exam date. Otherwise, report for your exam 1 hour prior to test time.
- If you need to cancel your exam, notify us at least three (3) working days in advance. A cancellation fee of KD 10 will be deducted, and the remaining exam fee will be refunded. Refund requests should be sent to reg-kuwait@amideast.org. We recommend forwarding your confirmation email as this has all necessary information and will speed processing of your refund.
REFUND POLICY
- For approved refunds, funds will be processed using the original form of payment.
- No refunds are issued for late reschedules or for no shows.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
- If Amideast needs to make any adjustments to your scheduled test time, we will contact you by email at least two days prior to your test.
- If you are unable to attend your exam as originally scheduled, you may cancel your exam and book a new test date. Candidates are advised to follow the Cancellation Policy, above.
RETEST POLICY
- Examinees may sit for the TOEFL ITP test a maximum of twice a month, up to maximum of eight (8) times per calendar year. Examinees who attempt to retest more frequently will have scores cancelled. Candidates whose scores are cancelled due to a retest policy violation will forfeit their test fees.
TEST SCORES
- Generally, score reports will be available for pickup from our offices two working days after the test date. Score reports will not be shared electronically.
