The WorkFORCE Career development test is quick, accurate, and provides valuable feedback. The WorkFORCE Program for Career Development training program provides eight online modules, designed to improve the most personal social, self-management, and other professional skills. The test is used along with the training curriculum to guide training goals.

Using insight from test scores, the WorkFORCE Program for Career Development training program develops these skills with a specialized curriculum. The curriculum has eight sections, called modules, that use activities, videos, and more to strengthen skills for success and development. The eight modules are:
