Communication Skills

This workshop will help participants build their confidence in communication while fostering positive and collaborative relationships. With a focus on behavioral skills, this workshop shows participants how to develop “win-win” cross-functional relationships that lead to organizational effectiveness.

Course Goals

After completing the communication and negotiation skills workshop, you will be able to:

  • Communicate with others by establishing rapport first
  • Apply non-verbal communication to maximize delivery impact
  • Explore voice tonality to deliver your message with conviction
  • Practice persuasive communication to influence people to your way of thinking
  • Communicate your words that trigger people’s emotions
  • Understand multi-party needs and negotiate win/win solutions

Venue: AMIDEAST Training Center, Beirut Central District
 
Fees: $300
(Includes training fees, materials, and coffee breaks)
