The fastest and easiest way to schedule your exam is to do so online via www.prometric.com. From there visit your test sponsor’s page and follow instructions to schedule your exam. The website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must present two valid pieces of identification (ID) before you may take an exam. The name on both identifications must exactly match the name you used to register for the exam and that is on your Admission Letter. Photocopies of either identification will not be accepted.

Yes! Many test appointments can be canceled or rescheduled directly on the Prometric website.

1. Go to Prometric.com and select Cancel or Reschedule.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions step by step.
3. You’ll need your confirmation number, which was emailed to you when you scheduled your exam.

If you don’t have your confirmation number, contact Prometric customer service. Phone numbers are listed on your testing organization’s page on the Prometric website.

The timing of your score report depends on the exam you've taken. Some test-takers may be able to see a test completion notice (unofficial scores) at the end of their exam. This is dependent on the type of exam and client. In some cases, the testing organization asks Prometric to send scores to them directly first, and then they send the results to test-takers.

Only valid government-issued IDs will be accepted, unless your test sponsor specifies otherwise. Make sure the name on your ID exactly matches the name you used when registering for the exam.
