The internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) title demonstrates to current and potential employers that you possess a solid foundation of experience and education in project management, which can have a positive impact on bottom-line results. The PMI certified, AMIDEAST administered PMP will be an integrated, in-depth project management training program designed for project managers who manage all types of projects with varying levels of complexity. The overall goal of the program is to build a cadre of supervisors and managers with transferable project management skills that can lead to Project Management Professional (PMP) ® Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Learning Objectives

The PMP will be comprised of two modules, totaling 90 hours of training, as follows:

- Project Cost Management Workshop;
- Project Procurement Management Workshop;
- Project Communication Management Workshop;
- Project Human Resources Management Workshop;
- Project Risk Management Workshop.
Module Two/Test Prep Course/30 hours
Test Taking Strategies for the PMP Certification Exam; study Aids to Improve the participant’s Ability to Instantly Recall Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) content for the exam; and activities to assist with speed recall of key PMBOK concepts.
