Participants in this workshop will develop a greater understanding of what it takes to be a superior leader by examining and applying the theories and practices developed by today’s leading minds in the fields of organizational development, psychology, sociology and business.   The workshop will explain the fundamental principles that support successful leadership practices and offer specific recommendations on what participants can do to continue their development as leaders. At the end of this seminar, participants will have personal leadership development plans to guide their ongoing efforts to improve their leadership capabilities and become excellent leaders.
