Abraham Lincoln Incentive Grants

AMIDEAST is now accepting applications for the Abraham Lincoln Incentive Grants Program, funded by the United States Department of State through the Middle East Partnership Initiative and the Consulate General in Jerusalem. The program will provide grants (financial assistance) to promising, academically qualified but economically challenged students who will be in grade eleven in the academic year 2013/2014 from both Gaza and the West Bank, to assist them in competing more successfully for scholarships to pursue their undergraduate studies in the United States. This program is not a scholarship to study in the United States and does not guarantee U.S. college admission or a scholarship. However, this program does provide direct assistance to students who may be qualified for future U.S. study but would otherwise not be able to consider U.S. study because of the high cost of preparation courses, testing, application fees, etc.
