Abe Lincoln Program

The U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and AMIDEAST are pleased to announce this year’s recruitment for the Abe Lincoln program. The program aims to enhance the opportunities of Palestinian students in pursuing their undergrad education in U.S. universities and colleges. This will be achieved through preparing students over 4 years on how to compete and apply to U.S. universities and colleges. It will enable them to gain the skills necessary to create positive impact in their local communities, and ultimately become productive members of the workforce. The program will assist in the advancement of community engagement and higher education opportunities for 100 financially disadvantaged Palestinian youth in West Bank, Gaza, and Jerusalem to ultimately foster future leaders who create positive change in their communities and receive admission to U.S. colleges and universities.
