Tasks

  • Placement tests (Checking, Organization, Proctoring & Correction)
  • Phone handling (Outbound and Inbound)
  • Provide general information to customers
  • Class assistance and reporting 
  • Elaborate certificate of achievement
  • Administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, typing, organizing…)
  • Help with inventory
  • Special projects on demand

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Customer Service, Excellent communication skills

·         Computer literacy (Office tools), Good typing speed and computer navigation skills

·         Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Ability to work in team

·         Phone Skills, Listening, Excellent convincing skills

·         Good level in English (written and verbal communication skills)

·         Availability to work 4h per day (flexible hours)

·         Number management knowledge will be appreciated

Educations skills
At least High School Diploma in English. Customer relation management is a plus.
