However ETS has done an equivalency table showing how a person taking the TOEIC Listening & Reading test can be expected to do on the TOEFL iBT. Why ZADCO chose TOEIC tests. Abu Dhabi's Zakum Development Company (ZADCO) needed a standardized, internationally recognized way to test the English skills of employees in many different types of jobs and at many locations, from ZADCO headquarters to oil rigs far out to sea.
