AMIDEAST strives to provide accurate, comprehensive, current, and unbiased information on educational opportunities in the United States. Our offices are part of the EducationUSA network of approximately 450 advising centers worldwide affiliated with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. All AMIDEAST advising centers adhere to EducationUSA ethical standards.

 The Educational Information Centers (EIC) at Rabat as well as AMIDEAST's branch office in Casablanca maintain extensive collections of materials on U.S. and regional educational opportunities available for public use. Additionally, the EIC provides numerous educational and career information services, including free introductory public information sessions on various aspects of U.S. education. Support is also available for U.S. graduates returning to Morocco. Support for institutions is offered in such areas as testing, training, recruitment of students or employees, and development and accreditation of American-model educational programs.

AMIDEAST serves as a representative of Educational Testing Services in Morocco. Our testing division offers many computer-based tests and entrance exams that are required by U.S. schools.

You can also take part in virtual events and in the interactive videoconferences with U.S. universities held periodically at our office.

Essay Editing Service

Completed applications can be dropped off at our office. The adviser then reviews the application and edits the essays for grammar and clarity of ideas (up to 1 person statement & 3 short answer questions). The fee is AED250/- per application.


One Hour Consultation

Work one-on-one with our adviser on any aspect of the application process that you need help with. The fee is AED300/- per hour.


Personalized Research

Our adviser conducts a personal interview to determine the student's interests and preferences, then researches 4000+ universities to find the best matches (top ten). The adviser then reviews the applicant's first completed application. The fee is AED1,500/-.


Individual Placement

Want to apply to only one university? Work one-on-one with our adviser to make sure your essays are strong and that your application is well-organized, properly presented and submitted on time. The fee is AED1,000/-.


Multiple Placement

Our adviser conducts a personal interview to determine the student's interests and preferences, then researches 4000+ universities to find the best matches (top ten). The adviser then works with the student to secure application materials to the student's top four choices. Once the student completes the applications, the adviser will review them (includes application, essay, editing, and submission). Following application submission, the student handles follow-up correspondence. The fee is AED3,000/-.
