Sessions are held at AMIDEAST's offices and can accommodate groups ranging from 12 to 20 students.

Advising, Research & Placement Services
Essay Editing Service
Completed applications can be dropped off at our office. The adviser then reviews the application and edits the essays for grammar and clarity of ideas (up to 1 person statement & 3 short answer questions). The fee is AED250/- per application
One Hour Consultation
Work one-on-one with our adviser on any aspect of the application process that you need help with. The fee is AED300/- per hour.
Personalized Research
Our adviser conducts a personal interview to determine the student's interests and preferences, then researches 4000+ universities to find the best matches (top ten). The adviser then reviews the applicant's first completed application. The fee is AED1,500/-.
Individual Placement Test
Want to apply to only one university? Work one-on-one with our adviser to make sure your essays are strong and that your application is well-organized, properly presented and submitted on time. The fee is AED1,000/-
Multiple Placement Test
Our adviser conducts a personal interview to determine the student's interests and preferences, then researches 4000+ universities to find the best matches (top ten). The adviser then works with the student to secure application materials to the student's top four choices. Once the student completes the applications, the adviser will review them (includes application, essay, editing, and submission). Following application submission, the student handles follow-up correspondence. The fee is AED3,000/-.

Advising Services
AMIDEAST/Yemen provides accurate, comprehensive, current, and unbiased information on educational opportunities in the United States. We are part of the EducationUSA network of approximately 450 advising centers worldwide affiliated with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, maintaining EducationUSA ethical standards.
Advising Schedule
Free advising sessions are planned every Saturday from 3PM to 4PM at the Sana'a or Aden offices. For more information, please contact our Educational Advisor.
Alumni Services
AMIDEAST offices offer the opportunity for alumni groups of U.S. educational institutions to hold meetings for recruitment or networking purposes, as well as to support community activities. Currently, AMIDEAST staff work with Fulbright Foreign Student Program alumni as well as Youth Exchange and Study Program alumni. For more information, please contact our Educational Advisor.

Authentication Services
Authentication & Certification
AMIDEAST/Jordan is the preferred service provider of the Ministry of Higher Education in providing information on U.S. education and the accreditation status of particular institutions. The Jordan office serves hundreds of Jordanian return students in authenticating their degrees and certifying institutional accreditation/legitimacy.
AMIDEAST/Amman offers authentication and accreditation services of American degrees obtained from accredited schools in the US and/or from American universities recognized by the US Council of Higher Education.
If you are an American high school graduate or an American university graduate, you need to authenticate your degree.
Other Services
- True copy certification, indicating that a photocopy of a Jordanian educational credential is an exact duplicate.
