From 2005 - 2010 Salam was Program Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility at Cisco. She has 20 years experience in the development and management of ICT systems for both the private and public sectors, the formulation of ICT Strategies and ICT for Development (ICT4D) programs. She has consulted with the EU, UN, ESCWA, the Ministry of Administrative Reform, and the Ministry of Economy.
