In December, AMIDEAST conducted a 5-week, 50-hour GMAT preparation course at the request of a financial institution in Riyadh.  Thirteen students, all applying to MBA programs in U.S. /U.K. and European universities, were given specific instruction in test-taking strategies and timed practice exercises designed to improve their GMAT score.  At the request of the students, additional instruction was provided on the GMAT verbal section which was the section that proved to be most challenging.  The 2-hour a day course ended with the students taking a timed, practice GMAT exam.
