Last year, Russian-American cooperation began a new program to aid Russian professionals
in drawing on U.S. university resources without leaving home. Adviser Vica Grishina, whose
center helped arrange the program, explains how it has developed.
While distance learning is booming, it's still hard to find degree-granting programs ready
to reach overseas. A list of some that are interested in international enrollment has been
compiled by Lia Hutton.
