AMIDEAST administers a
number of private, institutional, and non-U.S. government
scholarship programs for students and professionals
from the Middle East and North Africa, most of which
are for study at U.S. universities. AMIDEAST is an attentive
administrator of private scholarship projects. Our staff
adapts program services to the specific requirements
of each scholarship sponsor, and provides one-on-one
advising to students undertaking the adventure of academic
study and training in the U.S. Services provided by
AMIDEAST include:
- Assessment of scholarship students' needs
- Placement at suitable universities followed up
with ongoing support of each student living abroad
- Financial and academic monitoring
- Assistance with visa and governmental processes
- General student advising
- Liaison and communications management between all
parties.
