Advising Research Services
AMIDEAST’s Advising
and Testing Services provides a worldwide research service
free to U.S. Department of State-facilitated posts who
have exhausted all sources in their attempts to locate
answers to difficult educational advising questions.
We answer about 350 such questions each year. Most relate
to topics in U.S. education such as institutional accreditation
or legitimacy, unusual fields of study, short-term training
programs, or testing/professional certification.
Subscribers to the Advising
Quarterly gain access to many of the most common
and interesting questions we’ve received with our
responses, in print form and on our Web site.
Similar educational research services as well as additional
advising and university placement services are available
to institutions for a fee. Please contact
us with a description of your institution's needs.
