Project Management Professional

Project Management (PMP®)

Course Duration: 5 sessions (35 hours)

No matter what services or products an organization offers, it essentially has projects that must be efficiently developed and delivered on time, within budget and having the quality expected by its customers. Individuals who can effectively shepherd a project from inception to completion are in great demand in today's workplace.

The PMI certification program, launched in 1984, was created to develop, maintain, evaluate, promote and administer a rigorous, examination-based professional accreditation of project management professionals (PMP®) and the project management profession. Corporations and government departments are increasingly demanding PMP® credentials for their employees.

The course is delivered in French and English in order to prepare the candidates to the PMP test that is available in English only.  The training is run by a foreign trainer, expert in project management and certified by the Project Management Institute.
