AMIDEAST/Lebanon's Project Management Professional (PMP®) preparation course is designed as a training activity for project managers who want to prepare for the PMP® certification exam. Certification sets Project Management Professionals apart from the crowd. The internationally recognized Project Management Certification title demonstrates that project managers possess a solid foundation of experience and education in Project Management that will have a positive impact on a company's bottom line results.

Course Description

This 35-hour course delves into the unique challenges of managing projects, and offers a roadmap to success.

  1. Understand projects and project management discipline
  2. Learn the project management processes described in the PMBOK® 4th edition Guide
  3. Discover tricks and hints on how to answer the exam questions
  4. Work out more practice questions to greatly improve your chance of passing the exam

    • define the scope
