AMIDEAST hosts the EducationUSA advising center in Lebanon and offers a full range of services to help students and professionals access higher education at 4,500 U.S. colleges and universities. The center includes an up-to-date library with references, internet resources, and a professionally trained adviser. Diverse public workshops explore the U.S. higher education system, how to select a university, and how to finance study in the United States, including access to scholarships and grants. AMIDEAST facilitates visits to Lebanon by U.S. university recruiters and touring U.S. college fair groups. We also authenticate U.S. degrees and certify accreditation of U.S. higher education institutions.
