The David Mize Scholarship program supports undergraduate students for four years of study at top U.S. universities. The value of the award is up to $50,000 US Dollars per year and requires that awardees secure additional outside financial support.
This merit-based scholarship seeks well-rounded students with excellent grades, high test scores, robust extracurricular activities and demonstrate leadership qualities. The scholarship is named after David Mize, former AMIDEAST/Egypt Country Director, in recognition of his leadership in the field of international education.

تعلن الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة عن بدء التسجيل لبرنامج جولدمان ساكس للريادة والقيادة فى مجال إدارة الأعمال للسيدات والذي تنظمه بالتعاون مع جامعة بنسيلفانيا بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية – كلية وارتون لادارة الأعمال. يهدف البرنامج الى تعليم المشاركات المهارات الأساسية فى مجال ريادة الأعمال، وتحصل المتخرجات على شهادات معتمدة.

The US-Emirati Education Committee is pleased to announce that application are currently being accepted for the Fulbright Scholarship Program 2011-2012. UAE nationals are invited to apply for a Fulbright Scholarship for graduate in the USA. Funding will be granted for up to two years of study in a master's or doctoral program.

Scholarships are awarded to applicants who demonstrate academic excellence, strong English Language skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to improving cross-cultural relations through international exchange. Applicants must also express a desire to use skills gained in the US to serve the UAE upon completion of their studies.
