The TOEFL pre-iBT preparation course is an introductory test preparation course that focuses on the academic English component of the TOEFL exam at the intermediate level of language proficiency. The course also focuses on test taking strategies to improve performance on the TOEFL. The course introduces students to the TOEFL examination.  Instruction includes test-taking strategies, analysis of question types, vocabulary building strategies, grammar presentations, and listening strategies. The course emphasizes both language development and test taking strategies.
