Program Short Description:

The Skills-4-Success Program is a comprehensive training program designed to provide recent college female graduates and entry-level professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in the global business environment. The Skills-4-Success Program will contribute significantly to an individual’s successful job placement and effective participation in today’s global workforce.

Program Components:

This program is designed to enhance participants' capabilities in four different areas:           

1. Career Planning (15 hrs)
2. English Language (90 hrs)            
3. Professional Skills (40 hrs)
4. Computer Skills (50 hrs)

Selection Criteria:

• Female only
• Must have graduated from a public university
• Must have graduated in 2010 or 2011
• Intermediate English language proficiency

Application Requirement:

• Complete application form (available for download)
• ITP score 450 (if available) or AMIDEAST placement score at range level 4 to level 6
• One recent personal photo
• A copy of your national ID
• A copy of the university certificate (shahadet qeid)
• CV
