An Introduction to the Professional Development and Training

AMIDEAST’s Professional Development Training Program provides individuals, companies and organizations across the Kingdom with access to U.S.-based and regional professional development resources that integrate state-of-the-art instructional technologies and adult learning methodologies. What the Professional Development Training Program Does?

AMIDEAST trainers use the Experiential Learning Model: a proven training method developed for adult learners, to provide participants with skills and knowledge to take the skills received in training and apply them into practice. The model is based upon the theory that new skills, attitudes, and ways of thinking .

Marcel is a president/CEO-level executive with extensive experience in company turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and global expansion.

He heads his own consulting firm, Four Quadrants, LLC., focused on: business analysis and advisory services; mergers and acquisitions; global expansion; and strategy and organization development.  Marcel is the former President and COO of Maxcess International, the Oklahoma-based parent company to three of the web-handling industry leading names, Fife, Tidland, and MAGPOWR. 

Marcel is a certified Cisco Entrepreneur Institute Facilitator after successfully completing the Institute Program Manager and Facilitator training in February 2010.  He holds a Master degree in Engineering from Cleveland State University, along with several business and executive leadership training certificates.
