Chief of Party, Middle East Region
AMIDEAST, a non-profit organization focused on development in the Middle East, is currently looking to fill a Chief of Party position for upcoming USAID basic education projects in the region.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience in international basic education programs, with a specialization in one of the following:
- Curriculum Development
- ICT in Education
- School Administration/Leadership
- Teacher Training/teaching methodology
- Vocational Education
Technical Experience in the following is also highly desired:
- Development of public-private sector linkages
- community development outreach
Qualified applicants will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Chief of Party required
- An advanced degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
- At least 10 years experience in implementing/managing programs in developing countries
- Experience in the Middle East region preferred
- Experience working with USAID
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
