Placement Test and Registration Procedures

  • All placement tests for Test Preparation courses are held Sunday – Thursday at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM and every Saturday at 1:00 PM.
  • Late placement  tests are offered on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM.
  • Please be at AMIDEAST half an hour prior to the placement test appointment.
  • The placement test does not guarantee course placement. Admission to all courses is dependent on availability.
  • Class transfer: A fee of 70LE will be applied during the first week of course based on availability.
  • Term transfer: A fee of 70LE will be applied to transfer to a later term. The transfer request must be made before the first day of the term.
  • Holidays will be announced during each term.
  • The above calendar dates apply to all AMIDEAST Off-Site Service Providers (OSPs).
  • For a list of approved OSPs please write to egypt@amideast.org or call 19263.
  • Oral interviews for conversation courses are held every Tuesday from 11:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
