  • PMBOK Five Major PM Processes: Project Initiating, Project Planning, Project Executing,

  • Project Controlling, and Project Closing.

  • PMBOK PM framework.

  • The nine PM knowledge areas: Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resources Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, and Project Procurement Management.

  • Mnemonics for instant recall of PMBOK content.

  • Test-taking strategies for the PMP certification test.

  • Study aids to improve the participants’ ability to instantly recall PMBOK content for the test.

  • Activities to assist with speed recall of key PMBOK concepts.
