Course Description

This course gives you the knowledge and skills to ensure that your projects are completed on time and on budget while giving your client the agreed upon product. The course uses presentations, exercises, and discussions of industry-specific examples.

Course Objectives

Participants will be able to:

This course provides an overview of the project environment, life-cycle and organization. It provides detailed coverage of the ten knowledge areas defined in "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2012 ":

Course Fees and Duration

  • Course fees: EGP 2,800
  • PMBOK® Guide fees: EGP 450
  • Duration: 36 hours (4 weeks Cairo and Giza) (7 weeks Alexandria)
  • PMBOK® Guide fees (without the test prep course): EGP 600
  • Registeraion through AMDIEAST offices only - Online registration is not available

Course Schedule

  • Dokki: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM* 
  • Heliopolis: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM*
  • Alexandria: from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturdays only)**

** A 1-hour break included

Refund Policy

  • 90% before the beginning of the course
  • 75% before second class
  • No refund after second class regardless of attendance

 

General Information    

  • For class/term transfer, you are allowed to transfer class/term only once per term at no extra fee
  • More than one transfer is not allowed
  • Course books are available at the AMIDEAST Customer Service Department
