ETS Preferred Associates

AMIDEAST and ETS:

AMIDEAST had been named the exclusive Country Master Distributor (CMD) for the TOEIC® (Test of English for International Communications) family of tests and the TOEFL® ITP (TOEFL Institutional Testing Program) in Egypt. This means that no other entity in Egypt can legally distribute or administer the exams mentioned above. Entities other than AMIDEAST who provide TOEFL score results in Egypt are not doing so with the TOEFL® ITP exam. No other paper based TOEFL® exam is legally recognized by ETS.

The EPA Agreement

In Egypt, ETS Preferred Associates (EPAs) are appointed by AMIDEAST/Egypt, under AMIDEAST’s Country Master Distributor Agreement with ETS Global, BV.  The main role of an EPA is to sell ETS Global Products.  In Egypt, these products include the TOEFL ITP test and the TOEIC Listening & Reading test and some EPAs may be authorized to sell additional English language learning products.

AMIDEAST authorizes EPAs to distribute on a non-exclusive basis ETS Global offerings Standards:
- Good reputation
- Professional standards
- Image of both AMIDEAST and ETS Global
