Placement Test Times

  • Sunday through Thursday at 10:00am, 12:00pm, and 2:00pm
  • Every Saturday at 12:30pm
  • Oral interviews for conversation courses are held every Tuesday from 12:00-2:00pm
  • Late placement tests are offered on Tuesdays at 4:00pm
  • Kindly show up at AMIDEAST half an hour prior to the placement test appointment
  • Admission to all courses is dependent on availability. The placement test does not guarantee course placement
  • Placement tests are valid for 10 weeks
  • The above calendar dates apply to all AMIDEAST Off-Site Service Providers (OSPs). For a list of approved OSPs please write to egypt@amideast.org or call 19263.

Placement Test times at Heliopolis:
  • 1:00 PM Math Placement Test for the GRE and GMAT
  • 2:00 PM TOEFL ITP Placement Test
  • 3:00 PM English Language Placement Test

Refund Policy

  • 90% before the beginning of the course.
  • 75% before second class.
  • No refund after second class regardless of attendance.

General Information

  • For class/term transfer, you are allowed to transfer class/term only once per term at no extra fee.
  • More than one transfer is not allowed.
  • Only 2 absences are permitted throughout the duration of a course.
  • Course books are available at the AMIDEAST Customer Service Department.
