Placement test results are valid for two terms
Refund Policy: 90% of course fees are refundable before the last day of registration, 75% before the second class, and 0% after the second class
Only two absences are allowed for the whole duration of the course
We extended the registration dates till before the beginning of each round by three days
Late registrations will not be entitled to late charges
Class transfer: A fee of LE 70 is payable on requesting class transfer after the registration period and during the first week of classes; transfer depends on availability
Placement tests for the English Language and Test Preparation courses and are now available Sunday through Thursday at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm and on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Participants should arrive at AMIDEAST half an hour before their desired placement test time. The placement test does not guarantee course placement. Admission to all courses is dependent on availability.
All placement tests for English Language courses and Test Preparation courses are conducted Every day (Sunday – Thursday) at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM and Every Saturday at 1:00 PM.
Oral interviews for conversation courses are held every Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Late placement tests are offered on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM.
Placement tests in Cairo and Alex shall take place on the last day of registration to ensure the proper enrollment of the participants on their designated levels.
AMIDEAST classes are taught by professionally-trained teachers of American English. The small classes, customized instruction, and comprehensive learning resources help students improve their English language skills quickly and effectively. AMIDEAST/Egypt’s English language instructors have master’s degrees or other certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and have at least 3 years of experience. AMIDEAST teachers are knowledgeable and experienced professionals with native or near native proficiency in English. All AMIDEAST/Egypt’s teachers are familiar with using computer software and audio/video technologies to assist in listening comprehension, speaking skills, and grammar lessons. They also have extensive experience working with college graduates and adults.
