

The David Mize Scholarship was made possible through a generous annual contribution from an Egyptian-American businessman and alumnus of top U.S. educational institutions in honor of former AMIDEAST/Egypt Country Director David Mize and in recognition of his dedication and commitment to the field of international education and exchange.
The Scholarship will serve gifted Egyptian students who are interested in pursuing their undergraduate degrees in the United States.
Through the David Mize Scholarship, AMIDEAST/Egypt will assist eligible Egyptian undergraduates in identifying and applying for scholarships at U.S. colleges and universities that match their qualifications. The scholarships will be awarded to competent Egyptian undergraduates with excellent academic records and leadership potential.
Successful candidates may pursue their studies in any field of study except law, medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry.
