• There is a $40 fee to reschedule your TOEIC Speaking & Writing exam.
• Reschedule requests must be made in writing six business days prior to the test date.

TOEIC Speaking & Writing Test

English4Success Refund Policy:

 Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

·                     if you do not follow proper registration procedures

·                     cancel less than ten business days prior to the test date

·                     fail to present the required identification documents at the test center

·                     do not show up for your test on the scheduled date/time

TOEIC Speaking & Writing Test: Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

If you cancel your registration at least ten business days prior to the test date, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original test fee.

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

•  Cancellation less than ten business days prior to the test date
   
• Failure to appear at the test center where registered on the scheduled date and prior to test start time
   
• Failure to present the required identification documents at the test center
   
• Dismissal from testing center/score cancellation for violations (typical reasons for such dismissal are described in the TOEIC Examinee Handbook)
   

You may change your test date and/or location up to six business days prior to your original test date. Each time you make such a change, you will be charged a $40 rescheduling fee to cover processing costs. Payment is required at the time that you make the change.
