TOEIC testing breaks records in 2010. Eli Lilly, CAMCO, the G20 Summit, the University of Macao, and hundreds of other organizations and enterprises began using TOEIC during the year to assess and improve employee language skills, joining what are now over 10,000 institutional clients testing 6 million individuals annually. A competition with awards totaling $500 million per year for innovative career training programs  has now been formally announced by the U.S. Department of Labor, with a proposal deadline of April 21. QUESTION: What is the scoring scale for the TOEIC Speaking and Writing test?
• A Speaking Test score and a Writing Test score will be given separately.
• (Speaking-only candidates will receive only a Speaking Score.)
• Each is reported on a scale of 0 to 200.
• The TOEIC Speaking & Writing Examinee Handbook contains detailed information about Scaled Scores and Proficiency Levels, as well as sample Score Certificates.

QUESTION: When will I receive my scores?
ANSWER: Candidates who sit for the Speaking and Writing public test will receive scores by U.S. mail approximately 3 weeks after the test date.
