People from around the world wishing to work, study or settle in the United Kingdom can use the TOEIC® tests to demonstrate their English proficiency for all visas under the U.K.'s points-based system. This decision was made by the Home Office of the U.K. Border Agency, the party responsible for securing the U.K. border and controlling migration in the U.K. The UKBA accreditation allows students, migrants and spouses, or partners worldwide to submit their TOEIC scores as evidence of having passed a U.K. Border Agency-approved English-language test.

What is the TFI™ test?
The TFI test (Test de français international™) is a French language proficiency test for non-native speakers of French. It certifies the French skills (both academic and business) of test takers, from beginner to advanced levels.
Why the TFI test?
Spoken by over 170 million people daily, French is widely used in international business and communication. A student wanting to study in a Francophone nation, or a professional looking to work in an international environment with multiple languages, can use TFI scores to prove their competence in the language, since the TFI test is recognized as reliable and valid worldwide.
Who uses the TFI test?
The TOEIC® Listening and Reading test is a paper-and-pencil, multiple-choice assessment. It assesses language skills used in daily life and the workplace. The tests use common, everyday vocabulary, phrases and key expressions used in business.
You do not need specific business knowledge to do well on the test.
Test takers listen to a variety of questions and short conversations recorded in English, then answer questions based on what they have heard (100 items, 45 minutes).
Test takers read a variety of materials and provide responses that show their reading comprehension skills (100 items, 75 minutes).
