Professional Skills Training: Report Writing Workshop
General Description
 
The purpose of this course is to introduce effective business writing skills for producing a variety of documents. Participants will analyze writing samples; plan, draft, edit and format communications materials; and engage in peer review. 
 
Learning Objectives
 
  • Analyze the purpose and application of written business communications;
  • Produce examples of business materials that are relevant and clearly organized;
  • Develop writing skills specific to the workplace and augmented through peer review.
