
We currently have an opportunity as a Customer Service Representative for an Evening position (male). The Trainee program is a 3 month program designed for fresh Secondary School or Higher Diploma graduates who are interested in longer term opportunities at AMIDEAST following the training. The trainee is entitled to a daily travel stipend during the trainee period.
Required qualifications and skills:
• Secondary School certificate required; Diploma preferred (recent graduate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Computer skills, specifically with MS Office Suite, and willingness to learn other software
• Friendly, cooperative and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to take initiative
• Accepts new assignments enthusiastically, is willing to learn and is capable of applying information gained to better support AMIDEAST staff
• Interest in Customer Service
• Interest in working for AMIDEAST
• Omani citizen
