Professional Skills Training
AMIDEAST’s professional training programs provide individuals with the skills they need to succeed in today’s global marketplace. Our programs are relevant, targeted and designed to develop competency in a range of basic business skills and advanced management techniques. Closed training workshops are available to groups and organizations and can be further tailored to meet specific needs.
In order to meet the current requirements and anticipate the future needs of its clients, AMIDEAST takes a unique approach to developing, designing and delivering high quality training. Our approach combines technology, expertise, actual hard-earned knowledge, business know-how, and proven process and methodology to design, develop and implement our training workshops. Our clients benefit not only from the gained knowledge, but also from the methodology, approach and processes employed to establish the courses, materials, case studies and projects.
All AMIDEAST Egypt workshops are conducted in a highly interactive format, incorporating learner-centered activities such as pair and group work, task-based activities, and problem solving activities. The communicative method allows for the participant to be an active participant in the learning process thus directly enhancing the learning experience and yielding optimum results in professional skills development.
All AMIDEAST/Egypt trainers are qualified with no less than five years experience in the education and/or training field. The collective knowledge and expertise of the training team covers a full range of management training experience in all the topic areas offered. Many of AMIDEAST/Egypt’s trainers have obtained graduate business degrees in the United States, and all have directly relevant experience working with both the public and private sectors in Egypt. In alignment with AMIDEAST’s teaching methodology, AMIDEAST follows a standard procedure in selecting our trainers. AMIDEAST/Egypt uses a custom made assessment tool in assessing the trainers’ efficiency in:
• Planning and designing training instructions and activities
• Managing the learning environment
• Communicating with trainees
